You would expect them to hire people who compliment the department in which they work. Not the case here. Selection is sometimes terrible. A lot of fly fishing goes on in the Bastrop area - they have nothing for that. Better to get your fishing/hunting/camping supplies in Austin. It's cheaper in Austin too.
