  This store has always been great to me. They always have the greatest of customer service. One rep who is iconic is Mr. Daniel Sparks. Thanks for everything.

  Verizon cheated me out of money 15 years ago and did it again. I went to try to switch to them because my wife wanted them. I had to show the salesman how he was wrong on describing verizons plans. Then i bought one phone and ordered a second. After 5 hours later we finally left, get home and he obviously messed up the setup because everything outgoing was on the new phone everything incoming went to the old phone. They blamed my old provider and said i needed a new number. I returned the phone and cancelled the order for the second. They refunded me the money for the phone but refused to refund the setup fee of $37. I say, if the phone was never setup to make and recieve calls why should they not refund me the setup fee? They disagreed and i was never refunded the money.
